Silicone impregnation agent
SOLTHERM IMP is a water repellent sealer to inhibit water penetration of porous building materials such as:
- thin-coat mineral, acrylic and silicone renders
- traditional cement and lime-cement renders
- concrete
- AAC blocks, cellular concrete and sand-lime blocks
- masonry made with bricks or hollow clay tiles
- fibre cement sheets
- stone cladding (e.g sandstone)
- sound, firmly-bonded, free from cracking or crazing paint coating applied to the above substrates on building exterior
- roof tiles
- cement grouts exteriors of new and existing buildings, ideal for locations intermittently exposed to damp e.g. rainfall. The best hydrophobic effect can be achieved on porous surfaces. It prevents water penetration through surfaces with hairline cracking of up to 0.2 mm.

- solvent-free,
- alkali-resistant,
- does not alter the colour of treated surface or give a glossy finish to it,
- protects from dirt and grime collection,
- reduces the potential of efflorescence development,
- increases weather resistance of the treated surface,
- prevents and increases resistance of the treated façade to organic growth.
